What a refreshing and reassuring experience to do business with a businessman that stands behind his guarantee. In 1987, you installed a Scatton solid core storm door at my home. Over the last year, the door began to warp. With a 10-year guarantee, I called you. Though Scatton argued a bit about it, you persisted until they agreed to give you a replacement at no charge. And, you installed the replacement door at no charge to me. To think that after eight years had elapsed, you still stood behind your guarantee! That is most impressive. I thank you, and should you ever want a reference, do no hesitate to give my name.

New Windows
Fred and I wanted you to know just how thrilled we are with the new windows you put in our home. It is like we have almost built a new house. The bay window in the front is just beautiful and I almost don't want to cover it with curtains. I love to just look out and it brightens up the whole front of the house. What can we say about Jim that you don't already know? Not only is he an unbelievable worker and a genius in his trade, but also he is a nice person. He explained everything to us as he went along and he was a pleasure to deal with. You are very fortunate to have such a great person as an employee. Nothing was too much for him to do and no question went unanswered. Matt and Chris were great too. They are such hard workers and so pleasant to deal with. Of course we are recommending you to everyone we talk to and we will be in touch with you again for additional work.

Replacement Windows
Thanks for making this renovation a pleasure. When the basement project started, the basement looked like a medieval dungeon. Now it has a new bathroom, a playroom with recessed lighting, cedar panel walls, cable and telephone hook-ups, a space for an office, beautiful built-in bookcases, a separate area for a workshop and storage, and new windows. It was a renovation from the ground up, including breaking concrete floors for plumbing and building floors, walls and ceilings, and it was finished in only one month. Frank and Rich did an excellent job. Frank is a master carpenter with skills in many other trades, and Rich works harder and with more skill than anyone I have ever seen. For the most part they worked alone. But we also worked together, to ensure that all of the materials arrived on time and our changes did not delay progress. The progress never stopped. I enjoyed having them come to the house each day, and will miss seeing their truck in the driveway. The most valuable aspect was the advice and support each of you offered. You steered me away from changes that would have been expensive and unworkable, and came up with more creative suggestions that improved the final product. You take a great deal of pride in your work, and seem to genuinely enjoy what you do. It shows; the results are phenomenal. I look forward to working with you on many more projects in the future.

Basement Renovation
I just had to take a moment to write to compliment you on what an excellent product your window is and on what an excellent job your carpenters did. I have had a lot of work done on my house, and I have never had such courteous, hard working men as Jim, Tom, and Phil. They started working at 8:30am and worked straight through the day without stopping for lunch, until the job was finished. My husband and I are very satisfied and are already recommending your product to our friends. Keep up the good work!

Vinyl Siding
